The brief:

To give the existing website new life with improvements in design and features to increase user engagement.

What we delivered:

We worked closely with Malvern International to create a new digital identity, with the website update focusing on ease of navigation to provide users with a better experience.

Information placement on the website was re-designed to improve readability, while clear navigational buttons were added to help users to find the information they need. A live chat feature was included to support the customer service experience. We also improved the website’s security, which is performed via antivirus scans for all client websites and files on Bravo Net’s servers on a daily basis.

The website content was also search engine optimized, which resulted in a better website ranking and increase in the number of visitors by 50% and enquiries received by 30%.
