To increase the awareness of the Silver Chef Academy in the public’s perception.

What we delivered:

Silver Chef was facing huge competition in the culinary studies market and they needed a digital marketing strategy to help increase their brand awareness.

Studying the target audience demographics and behaviours, we proposed an outreach via Facebook would deliver the best results for their objective and budget. We provided consultancy on social media content development, with the aim of delivering the highest level of engagement. The Facebook page also leveraged a chatbot to automate the customer service and visitor engagement.

The 3-month social media outreach program delivered a 100% increase in Likes within a year, 150% increase in visitor enquiry (avg. 30-40 enquiries per month), and the 80% increase in Facebook activities meant more content for visitors to engage with.
