DOES YOUR SME QUALIFY FOR THE GRANT?

At least 60% Malaysian-owned

Available to SME and Cooperative (“Koperasi”) registered under the relevant laws of Malaysia

The SME/Cooperative has been in operation for at least 6 months

The SME/Coop has minimum average annual sales turnover of RM50,000

A copy of the Identification Card or Passport of Director (s) / Partner (s) / Proprietor(s) of the SME / applicant appointed by the Coop , whichever is applicable

Copy of business registration licenses (CTC required)

Full set of Audited financial statement for the 2020 company stamp and sign on every pages including the cover page OR latest continuous management account from latest audited account with company stamp and sign OR the bank statement for the latest two (2) months (Company stamp and signature, CTC not required);

Company’s profile

Invoice/Billing (Company stamp and signature, CTC not required)

Service agreement (Service Order Form) from authorized vendor listed by MDEC (Company stamp and signature, CTC not required)

Any other information and documents as and when required by the bank

What Is SME Digitalisation Grant 2020?

SME business digitalisation grant , also known as SME Digitalisation Initiative, was announced by the Ministry of Finance under the year 2020 Budget to support SMEs to adopt digitalisation transformation.

How much is SME Digitalisation Grant Allocated?

The total amount allocated for SME Digitalisation Grant is RM 500,000,000 for the period of 5 years , or limited to first 100,000 SME applications, which ever come first.

What Type Of Digital Services Are Eligible Under SME Digitalisation Grant?

The SME could apply the grant for :
1) Digital marketing & sales
2) E-POS (Point Of Sales)
3) HR Payroll / CRM
4) Procurement System
5) E-commerce
6) Remote Working System
7) ERP /Accounting System

How Much Of The Digital Grant For A SME Could Apply?

The Government will provide a 50% matching grant of up to RM 5,000 maximum per company for the subscription above. In other words, the SME pay 50%, the Government pay 50% up to maximum of RM 5,000

Who Is Eligible To Apply The SME Digitalisation Grant ?

The Malaysian SME company who are at least 60% owned by Malaysian, registered under SSM with operation at least 1 year, the yearly sales turnover more than RM 100,000 and have proper accounting documents such as audited report and management account statement.

How to Apply?

Follow these steps to apply for your SME Digitalisation Grant:

Step 1:Contact and appoint Bravo Net Solution as your TSP to kick-start your digitalisation plans;
Step 2:Choose your digital marketing solutions with Bravo Net Solution;
Step 3:Bravo Net Solution will assist you for the documentation checking & audit before submitting them for approval;
Step 4:Once your application is approved, you will receive a notifications from BSN;
